excellent stay with really good service

great view fantastic service delicious breakfast professional staff

my room on the 30th floor offered great views. the maid service was fantastic because of mary. she had an very nice attention to detail and took preparations seriously. i was impressed by the lounge access with breakfast afternoon tea and evening cocktails. cherie provided gracious and professional service assisting with checkout baggage handling and car service.

i noticed some wear and tear in common areas nothing major but noticeable.

breakfast offered individually cooked items and a great selection of buffet options it was consistently a positive experience due to the warm service provided by the attentive staff in the peppermint restaurant. they created a cute start to each day.

The breakfast had great options (especially the fresh fruit!). The room had a filtered water tap, a nice touch. The Atrium Ballroom had comfortable tables and a great atmosphere. Check-out via email was convenient.

The gym's hairdryers barely worked.

convenient location many attractions walking distance odd flush system slow check-in unready room

the location of the hotel was very convenient. it was close to many attractions like suntec and the marina bay area. everything was within walking distance.

the toilet flush system felt a bit odd to use. it had only one large button on the wall. the check-in process was also slow and my room wasn't ready at the standard check-in time.

comfortable bed clean room

the room, a lifestyle premier king , was spacious and clean. the bed was very comfortable , and i slept well each night.

the gym was quite busy during peak hours , , made it difficult to use certain equipment. i had to wait a long time to use the treadmill.

decorative thermostat power outlet

the check-in was smooth. i guess that's something.

the room was unbearably warm. The thermostat seemed decorative. it wouldn't go below 22 degrees, and i reminded me of i was sleeping in a sauna. also, finding a power outlet near the bed was like searching for treasure. I had to unplug the lamp just to charge my phone. seriously?!

small shower no powerpoint

The bathroom design needs improvement. the shower was small. I frequently bumped the tap while trying to wash. there was no powerpoint in the bathroom. it made charging my toothbrush and blow-drying my hair by the bed difficult.
